Kaziranga Bhalukpong Dirangtawang Bomdila And Guwahati

On arrival at Guwahati you will be received by our driver who will assist you to board your vehicle to Kaziranga National Park, the home of “One Horned Rhinoceros”. Check in pre-booked hotel/resort. If you get time you can do Elephant safari. Evening is free
for leisure. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.

Early morning explore any one zone of Kaziranga National Park on by Jeep Safari. Apart from the Rhino, other species found are Hog Deer, Swamp Deer, Wild Buffalo, Elephants and if you are lucky then tiger also. It is also home to pelicans, storks and darters as there are a number of water bodies inside the Park. Return to the resort for breakfast. And transfer to Bhalukpong Arunachal Pradesh entry gate. Overnight stay at Bhalukpong.

After breakfast check out your hotel and proceed for Bomdila.(97Km–3hrs.way).Inner line permit will be done in advance/ Bhalukpong on arrival just formalities and depart for Bomdila- if time will permit you can enroute visit the Tippi Orchidarium. Stop at the Jamiri point, NagMandir, Nichiphula Waterfall for a while and drive onwards to Dirang via Bomdila Stop at the Baba Mandir for a while and drive onwards to Dirang to reach destination in the evening. Overnight stay at Dirang.

After breakfast checkout your hotel and transfer to Tawang. visit the Yak breeding farm, Sangti Valley, Apple orchard and drive around Dirang or departing for Tawang -enroute drive past the Sela Pass at 13,700ft- the second highest motor able road in India. Stop at Jaswant Garh to pay homage to the brave soldiers of the1962 Indo-Chinese aggression. Enroute visit the Nuranang Falls be for reaching Tawang in the evening (But I suggest for visiting Nuranang falls during return tour). Overnight stay at Tawang.

After breakfast proceeds for full day sightseeing of Tawang. Visit the monasteries, the craft center, the war memorial, Ani Gompha and the local market during the day. Sometime will also be required to obtain the permit for visiting Bumla Pass and Visit Bumla Pass China Border and Segetsar Lake (Madhuri Lake) &PTSO Lake-day excursion visit. Return to Tawang in the evening. Overnight stay at Tawang. (Bumla Pass visit by local cab, Extra cost@5,000 – 6,000 with permit) Note: Only Indian Citizens are permitted to visit & the use of local vehicles is mandatory as per the transport & tourism rules of Arunachal Pradesh. Subject to permission by the authorities of the Indian Army. And if no permission is granted due to bad weather/army movement then it’s not refundable.

After breakfast visit the Tawang monastery, Ani Gompa, Urgelling monastery (also known as the birth place of 6th Dalai Lama),Tawang emporium and also the Giant Buddha Statue and drive to Bomdila through the Sela Pass once again. At Bomdila visit the Eagle nest Wildlife Sanctuary also known as Eagle's Nest Wildlife sanctuary, this place lies between Sessa Orchid Sanctuary and Pakhui Tiger Reserve. Evening time visit local town market by walk. Overnight stay at Bomdila.

After breakfast you can visit Lower Gompa Bomdila, Craft Centre & Ethnographic Museum, visit the Bomdila Monastery Inaugurated in1965, this abode to Buddhist monk sand Lamas is the biggest attraction in Bomdila. The monastery is also believed to be an exact replica of Tsona Gontse Monastery, Bomdila Viewpoint, Clouds kissing the ground, the massive Himalayas towering all around, the panoramic view of the Kemeng Valley-not a single one of the will let you down. The view from up here is sure to take up a permanent space in your memory and its beauty will be unforgettable. And drive to the plains of Assam via Rupa, Kalaktang, and Bhairava exit point and onwards to Guwahati. On arrival check in hotel and overnight stay at Guwahati.

Early morning visit Kamakhya Temple, and back to hotel take breakfast and you can visit Umananda Temple, Kalakshetra and evening Transfer to Guwahati Airport / Railway Station for your onward journey with sweet memories of Assam & Arunachal Pradesh.
